SME funding provider Asset Advantage has strengthened its sales and credit teams with the appointment of Phoebe Dilly (pictured left) to the role of sales support and credit administrator.
Phoebe joins the Basingstoke-based funder with experience from across the asset finance sector. She joins from Aldermore Bank, where she served as a customer service adviser within its asset finance team – supporting both customer and broker enquiries. Prior to that, Phoebe worked for French multinational bank BNP Paribas as an administrator within its collections team.
In her new role at Asset Advantage, Phoebe will be working with both the sales and credit teams to support the smooth progression of funding applications, overseeing documentation and credit checks, as well as providing vital administrative support throughout the underwriting process. Working with colleagues across the business, Phoebe will help to ensure applications are processed efficiently, documentation requirements are met and both customers and broker partners receive a seamless service from application through to payout.
Pheobe is the latest addition to a growing team at Asset Advantage as the funder continues to invest in growth and looks to best serve commercial finance brokers and SMEs across the country. Alongside a number of key appointments, Asset Advantage has also launched new products and made key investments in its systems and processes to improve service and enhance its business finance offering.
Gary Thompson, sales director at Asset Advantage, said, “As the business continues to grow in line with rising demand, Phoebe’s enthusiasm and experience will make her a valuable addition to our team. We are thrilled to have her on board.”
