Job Title:: Internal Business Development Manager – IT Vendors ( office based telephone work ) OTE is £60,000 earnings are uncapped plus a good basic salary of £30,000.

Our client are a long established IT leasing company trading successfully for nearly 20 years and are based in south Buckinghamshire.

We are recruiting for them an ambitious, results driven and experienced internal Business Development Manager who will go the extra mile to overachieve targets of £25,000 a month gross profit.

The successful candidate will need to develop strong working relationships with our existing and prospect IT resellers, generating leads and booking appointments.

This role offers career progression to senior roles for candidates who demonstrate a great work ethic and regularly hit their monthly targets.


  • Outbound B2B calling of mainly existing partners but some new canvassing is part of the role
  • Lead generation
  • Appointment setting
  • Working to KPI’s to achieve monthly targets of £25,000 a month of gross profit
  • Database management

Candidate Profile :

  • 2+ years leasing experience
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience
  • Strong numeracy & IT skills
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills


If you would like an office based sales role where you spend more time selling than driving around the South East’s congested roads and have a strong telephone based sales skills then this could be a good role for you.

What matters most in this role will be your tenacity, your sales skills and your ability to build relationships selling by phone.

Earnings are totally uncapped and commission paid monthly in arrears.

OTE is £60,000 earnings are uncapped plus a good basic salary of £30,000.
