New Leaf Search is partnering with an established UK Asset Finance organisation in its search for a Business Development Manager, Transport

This is an expansion role focused on developing Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business across the southern half of the UK, working alongside an established colleague covering the north

You will take responsibility for existing LCV introducer relationships while identifying and onboarding new opportunities across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects

Key Accountabilities

• Develop LCV Asset Finance business across the southern half of the UK
• Manage and develop relationships with existing LCV introducers
• Identify and onboard new introducer relationships
• Develop opportunities across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to support continued growth

Person Specification

• Proven, relevant experience within Asset Finance and Leasing
• Strong knowledge of the LCV and Transport Finance market
• Experience of developing and managing introducer relationships
• Established relationships across brokers, vendors, customers or prospects within the sector
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Able to operate effectively in a remote, territory-based sales role

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered
