Our client are seeking a new business hunter to develop transport asset finance business.
You may inherit some customers on your sales area but this is a new business role where your focus will be on developing direct or dealer introduced business not broker business.
Our client are seeking applications from those who have the skills to sell out at higher rates, but be very well rewarded for the ability to do so. Sales targets are very realistic.

We are seeking self managing new business hunters who have a strong background in direct driven self sourced , preferably , or dealer sourced asset finance and ideally a contact base you can re-leverage.
Knowledge of the transport asset finance sector is preferred but what is most crucial is a real desire to earn a very high and totally uncapped income.
Ideally we seek applications from those have the skills and desire to be able grow into Regional Sales Managers where you will continue to hold a personal sales target but will also be responsible for coaching and supporting typically up to three Area Sales Managers .However , day one this is an originator role only so apply if you have these origination skills even if you do not want to go on to lead a sales team.
You may today work for lease broker perhaps with a low salary , possibly commission only and be seeking to work for a major head lessor with a proper salary and benefits but still have a totally uncapped income.
You might be someone working for a tier one bank asset financier tired of writing large volumes but not being properly rewarded for your contribution.
Whatever your background you must be a new business hunter who has the ability to sell out at higher margins & also sell value added insurance products but you will enjoy working in an environment where a much wider range of credits are accepted than you may be used to.

Salary to £60,000 plus up to 8% of gross profit paid on every deal paid monthly & paid on every transaction plus volume bonuses of up to £45,000 or even higher a year. Totally uncapped earnings are provided. Realistic year one earnings should be over £100,000 a year and by year two & beyond very much higher.
